JOY! "Just Older Youth"
This ministry is geared towards "classic" adults (for ages 50 and
up!). Our purpose is to keep active in body, mind and
spirit. We do this by fellowship dinners, stimulating
programs and activities nights, day trips to local
sights and dinner theatres, and multi-day bus trips to
places such as Cape Cod, North Carolina, Maine,
Vermont, Charleston and Savannah and others!
Sunday School For Adults
Classes start at 9:45 a.m. and end at 10:45 a.m.
Adult Classes:
Tradition and Wisdom: This
discussion style Bible study follows “The New
International Lesson Annual.” Leaders:

Friendship Class: United
Methodist beliefs are applied to current faith issues
and world events. Christians are motivated to
consider their own personal views on contemporary
issues. Leader:
Dot Eltzroth (Conference Room – Room 35)
Uppity Women of the Bible: This study
engages women in book studies throughout the year
and helps them think more about what it means
to be women of faith.

Men's Breakfast
Coordinator:
On the third Wednesday of each month, men of Elkton UMC enjoy a
men’s breakfast. Together we begin our day with a
meal, prayer and fellowship. Join us from 6:00 a.m. –
7:00 a.m. at the Cracker Barrel Restaurant in Elkton.
